Experience:
o 12 months of role experience is preferred.
o 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
o Experience with PointClickCare is required.
o Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
o This role will require floating to multiple units o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.

LPN's will typically be responsible for a particular unit which could include up to 25-30 patients receiving medications/treatments.
All listed ratios/staffing are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility.
Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.
Patient Population:
LTC population.
They do not have separate units for memory care, etc.
All units are mixed patient demographics.
1 year of clinical patient care experience (e.
g.
, PCT, CNA, LPN) in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice (preferred) ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required for specialty areas BLS Must be AHA Certifications:
