Project Administrator

Enviva is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Administrator to support the Vice President of Expansions and the captial projects team.
Position Description
Performs administrative and office support activities, including fielding telephone calls; managing calendars; coordinating meetings and conference calls; arranging domestic and international travel; expense reporting; preparing and editing documents such as letters, contracts, spreadsheets and presentations; creating and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Assists with ongoing projects, including creating presentations, performing research projects and coordinating resources.
Act as a gatekeeper who proactively manages executives' schedule.
Partner with administrative team to provide seamless coverage to all executives.
Experience supporting and/or leading project documentation controls.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of administrative experience. Preferred administrative experience supporting a sales, communications or public relations team.
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, juggle multiple projects, and assume additional responsibilities over time.
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to reach decisions independently.
Ability to develop solid, trusted relationships.
Maintains strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates a positive customer service attitude.
Adapts well to changing plans and priorities.
Maintains strict confidentiality standards.
Able to work a flexible schedule as business dictates.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
